the brief
Amber Retail Expansion (ARX) was developed by D & D to expand the shelf space for Amber Energy Drink within neighborhood retail outlets across 5 south western states. Expansion campaign cut across sales, visibility, deployment and gifting. Coverage: Oyo, Ekiti, Osun, Ondo and Kwara State. Duration: 5 Months.

D&D recruited and trained 110 Sales Order Representatives (SOR) and 5 team leads to execute expansion campaign. SORs were broken down into neighborhood teams with coverage of 100 retail outlets per SOR.
